From: specifies the email address the invitation is from. This is optional.
To: specifies the email address to send the invitation to.
Invitation message: specifies the invitation message which is the body of the email invitation sent. It may be changed.
Invitation playlists lists the available playlists to send an invitation for. Select All Playlists if all playlists are desired.
Login Users and Groups lists the available users and groups. A user or group must be selected and is used as the login credentials by the user when logging in. The login instructions are provided in the invitation sent.

Email Address Manager
is used to manage email addresses. Used by User Manager as possible user names. Used by invitation sending for possible fro and to email addresses.
User Manager is used to manage users and groups for secure user login.


An email invitation is used to invite someone to securely access and play your iTunes Music Library. The invitation message is customizable and any changes are saved. Select a playlist to send an invitation for a specific playlist. When security is enabled, which it is by default, the list of available *users and groups is displayed in the invitation dialog. A user or group must be selected and determines what user name the invitee logs in as.

When security is enabled, the email invitation will include the user name and password the invitee should login as to access your iTunes Music Library or specific library playlist.

*When security is enabled, the User Manager is used to manage users and groups.
